The luxury apartment complex, which houses 115 properties, has been undergoing development for the past 24 months and is now home to first residents this winter.
The team at McCann and Partners have thoroughly enjoyed providing the M&E for this project on behalf of the Marine Group, which is helping to change the landscape of Cardiff Bay and Penarth Marina.
The Bayscape development consists of two buildings, separated by a first floor podium that has been designed with harbour-side views in mind.
Alongside the Bayscape, a series of new residential buildings have been developed here over the past few years, and the long-anticipated opening of this complex is helping to bring in yet more interest for Cardiff’s marina.
