McCann and Partners are delighted to have been shortlisted for the BREEAM Champion Award 2021 as recognition for our work in sustainability throughout 2020.
Sustainable building design is at the core of everything we do here at McCann and Partners and we are honoured to have been shortlisted for this award among some fantastic nominees.
The BREEAM Awards is an annual celebration that proudly recognises the people, projects and organisations that are leading the way with significant achievements in building design, development and management.
Each year it recognises the architectural and M&E practices who achieve positive results working on behalf of BREEAM clients with an award being provided to both categories; each being recognised as a ‘BREEAM Champion’.
The McCann and Partners team have consistently been involved in prestigious projects throughout Wales and UK in all sectors. These include Tonyrefail Community School, DWP Office in Treforest, Capital Quarter in Cardiff as well as the extensive Central Square scheme in Cardiff, which includes the BBC and Interchange developments – all to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard.
We are able to provide a full range of MEP environmental and sustainability services for projects of any size and complexity and we are proud to say that over 90% of the projects we are engaged on are designed to BREEAM standards.
We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for BREEAM’s Champion of the year under the M&E category and are very much looking forward to the awards ceremony taking place from the 23rd to 25th March 2021.
Congratulations and good luck to all the nominees.
