BIM Technician

McCann and Partners is seeking to employ a Mechanical and Electrical BIM Technician to work on projects within the Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Education sectors.

Employment Type: Full time (from home and the Bristol office)

What we require from the successful applicant:

• 2+ years’ BIM modelling and coordination experience of various disciplines in the Building Services Design sector;
• Experience of automating modelling / model administration and processes to improve design and delivery efficiency;
• Experience of producing 2D and 3D models and design information across various sectors and project stages;
• Experience of using MagiCAD would be beneficial;
• Experience of using Navisworks;
• An open and collaborative approach to improving project delivery and processes at various stages of design;
• Experience supporting engineers in their use of Revit and AutoCAD;
• The ability to mix well within a close knit, sociable team;
• A passion for design and sustainability;
• Outgoing and keen approach to personal development;
• Excellent communication skills.
